✨ Important Updates to Our Hat Hire Service ✨We wanted to share a small update regarding our hat hire prices and bookings, and explain the reasons behind a few changes we’ve made this year.As a small, family-run business, every hat in our hire collection is designed and handmade by Marie in her home studio, then carefully checked and fitted in-store at Anne Marie’s. A great deal of time, skill and care goes into each piece — not just in making them, but in maintaining them between hires.Over the past year, we’ve seen: • Rising material and running costs • Increased time involved in preparing and managing hires • A number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows during 2025Because of this, we’ve made two changes:⸻💐 Updated Hire PricesOur hire prices have been adjusted slightly to reflect the true cost of running the service, while still keeping hat hire a much more affordable option than buying.This allows us to continue offering the same quality, care and personal service — without cutting corners.⸻🎩 Non-Refundable Booking DepositWe now require a £20 non-refundable booking deposit to secure all hat hires.This deposit: • Reserves your chosen hat exclusively for your dates • Is deducted from your total hire price • Helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-showsIn some cases, a refundable security deposit may also be required for certain hats.
